Justin Tate’s love for the game of football and his team inspire all those around him. Justin, who has Down Syndrome, has been a part of the Elkins football program for 12 years, starting off as a ball boy and ending up as a senior captain. Going into his final game, Justin's father David told him, "It'll be sad, but from that point on, it'll all be memories."
